What is Fair Trade Compliance Program?

The Compliance Program (hereinafter referred to as "CP") is a management system through which the Company establishes internal standards and procedures to ensure voluntary compliance with applicable fair trade laws and operates them in a systematic manner.
Samyang Corporation has introduced the CP to practice fair and transparent management.Tahrough the CP, the company provides clear stndards of conduct for employees and has established a systematic compliance management system to help prevent potential violations of fair trade laws in the course of business activities.
